With student organizations and honors societies, intramural athletics, and a free fitness room, Northwest State has something for everyone!
Student Organizations Northwest State offers several student organizations and honors societies for you to become involved with.
Intramural Athletics Any student is welcome to join one of the many intramural sports offered on campus. From flag football to ping-pong, we have something for everyone.
Fitness Room Why pay for monthly membership at a local gym when all students and employees have free access to the fitness center on campus?
In addition to these extracurricular activities, Northwest State has enough to keep you busy between classes as well. In the upper level of the Atrium you can find lounging areas with televisions, card tables, foosball and ping-pong tables. You can also enjoy a game of Corn Hole indoors or take it outside on a warm sunny day.
Outdoor activities are also available to students with the recent addition of a basketball and a volleyball court, as well as a horseshoe pit.
